1. What Bottle Swap is

Bottle Swap is a listing and discovery tool that helps people find others nearby who are interested in trading wine bottles. We do not buy, sell, ship, store, or take possession of any wine, and we are not a party to any exchange between users.

2. You must be 21+

You must be at least 21 years old (or the legal drinking age in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher) to use Bottle Swap. You confirm this when you sign up.

3. Your responsibility for exchanges

You are solely responsible for ensuring that any exchange you arrange is legal where you live. Laws on transferring alcohol between individuals vary by state and country. Bottle Swap does not facilitate payment or shipping and does not verify the legality, safety, or quality of any bottle.

4. Meetups are at your own risk

Any meetup you arrange through Bottle Swap is entirely at your own risk. We recommend meeting in public places. Bottle Swap is not responsible for interactions between users.

5. Acceptable use

Don't use Bottle Swap for anything illegal, don't harass other users, and don't list counterfeit or unsafe products. We may remove listings or accounts that violate these terms.

6. No warranty; limitation of liability

Bottle Swap is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the service or any exchange between users.
